On Wednesday, June 13th, 2012

Yes, sunscreen is safe to use. No published studies or research has show that sunscreen is toxic to humans or hazardous to human health. Scientific studies actually support using sunscreen. Research shows that wearing sunscreen reduces your risk of getting skin cancer and premature aging.

Everybody needs to became serious how to take care your own skin, when the summer arrive we all love to go to the pool and the beach to get tan and cool off a little bit.
Always remember that you have to use SPF for your skin, if your skin is to light you have to use 40 SPF and Up, but if you have medium to dark skin the doctors recommend to use 25 SFP to
protect your skin.

The American Academy of Dermatology did some research and they found out how much Americans really don’t know about the fastest growing cancer. You have to apply a shot of Sunscreen to all your body and the most important parts are the one that you are not going to cover from the sun. You can have fun in the sun and decrease the risk of get it skin cancer. Here is how you can prevent skin cancer:

Seek shade when appropriate. Remember that the sun’s rays are strongest between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. If your shadow appears to be shorter than you are, seek shade.
Wear protective clothing, such as a long-sleeved shirt, pants, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses, where possible.
Generously apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SSP) of 30 or more to all exposed skin. “Broad-spectrum” provides protection from both ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. Reapply approximately every two hours, even on cloudy days, and after swimming or sweating.
Use extra caution near water, snow, and sand because they reflect and intensify the damaging rays of the sun, which can increase your chances of sunburn.
Avoid tanning beds. Ultraviolet light from the sun and tanning beds can cause skin cancer and wrinkling. If you want to look tan, consider using a self-tanning product or spray, but continue to use sunscreen with it.

I recommend you to use sunscreen everyday and to look for the makeup that already have a little bit of SPF is not a lot that’s why you have to use more powerful sunscreen in your skin face.
If you don’t use SPF you can get freckles form the sun and skin cancer if you don’t take care of your skin.
